Joyce Russell-Lueke died at age 70 in Port Clinton, Ohio. She was very active in community affairs. An elementary schoolteacher for 20 years in the Genoa area system and and active church worker in the Peace Lutheran Church in Port Clilnton. She was a choir dirctor for 15 years and taught Sunday school nthe Genoa Methodist Church before moving to Port Clinton. She operated a dance studio in her home for many years and when she lived in Dodgeville, Wisonsin. Past President of the Methodist Women, and past president of the fire department auxiliary in Woodville, Ohio. She was also a girl scout leader for 15 years in Woodville and a member of the Nugent's canal Yacht Club auxillary in Port Clinton. Funeral services were held on Sept. 24 in the Trinity United Methodist Church Genoa, Ohio.
