Strutt Family Tree
Tree entry for
Charles Clarence Paull
Charles came to live with his daughter after the death of her husband, Harold. He helped out the family by his carpenter work. When Donald was old enough to help, Grampa Charles painted houses and put the young man to work. He taught him a good work ethic, and left him with many good memories. One of his favorite sayings was "When you put it up remember that you may want to take it down some day" His Grandson, Donald, still uses that phrase to this day. He always came to work early and was started when he put his time down and cleaned up after the time ended. Always gave a good day's work.
